It all started in '92 with a single titled "Finsta Baby". This was the Finsta solo single back when Bundy was the DJ. The single got some spins on underground radio and saw some commercial when Kid Capri rocked it on WBLS.
A year later Bundy came from behind the wheels and joined Finsta on the mic, thus creating Finsta & Bundy. Their first group single came in '93 and was titled "Sunnyside". With a distinct sound the single gave FB a spot in the history of NY underground hip hop getting spins on college and underground stations in the states as well overseas.
As FB dropped the "and" from the name and became FinstaBundy the group continued to release singles for the next seven years. Singles include "Bomb Shit" produced by Rich Blak, "Who I Be", "Where Ya At?" featuring Da Dysfunkshunal Familee, "Feel the High", and "Feel the High pt.2" produced by Evil Dee, "Don't Stress Tomorrow" feat. D-Rock, "Bizm", and a Finsta solo joint "Crush".
The group also collaborated with artists such as Dj Krush with a song titled "Supanova" for his "Mi Light" album, and a song titled "Unda The Sun" featured on an NTV television series "Pysco-Metrer Eiji". They recorded songs with Lady Apache ("Rock & Comeen), Germ ("It's Useless" feat. Linque), EZD ("War & Position" feat. 5ft & Chocolate Ty) and Dj Tonk ("Bushwicked").
Throughout the years FinstaBundy has been able to touch the globe performing in the states, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, New Zealand, Canada, and Paris.
It's been a few years since the last single but FB music continues with a Dj Primetime compilation album "Da Ave", and a Finsta solo album "AFC3" soon to be released.
With beats and rhymes sharpening through the years expect more from the duo as well the Neva Say Neva production camp. We've only just begun......
