am 11. september kommt das neue necro album death rap. besonders viele infos gibts zu dem teil noch nicht:

am selben tag wird ill bill sein langerwartetes 2. soloalbum mit dem namen the hour of reprisal raushauen. leider gibts zu dem album auch noch nicht allzu viele infos. gibt aber ein ganz neues mixtape von bill (black metal) welches gewohnt hohes niveau hat...jedenfalls bills parts.

Necro Leaves Sounds Of Underground

Brooklyn rapper Necro (real name Ron Braunstein) has departed from his slot on this summer's Sounds Of The Underground Tour, citing a lack of enthusiasm from the tour's metal-loving crowd for the rapper's own morbid flavor of hip-hop. In a statement, the rapper claims that he was "facing hostile, disrespectful crowds and was returning the same energy back tenfold," before repeatedly identifying his hecklers as "emo kids" who are "so close-minded." In the face of the animosity, Necro asserts that he stood tall and was never booed off-stage during any of his 25-minute sets...

Despite Necro's copious use of classic metal samples and characteristically graphic lyrics, the billing on the tour still seemed like an odd one. While rap-metal certainly worked at Ozzfest for a couple of years (though we're certainly glad that's behind us) the SOTUG tour features a bill boasting the likes of Gwar, Every Time I Die, Amon Amarth and Job For A Cowboy—not exactly a lineup that screams hip-hop.

The MC will release his latest LP, the subtly titled Death Rap, September 11 through Psycho+Logical. "Some Get Back (Revenge)," a new track from the disc, can be heard at his MySpace. Before the album's release, Necro will head out on a small three-date Midwest run before hopping down under for a string of shows.

wäre ich an deiner stelle aber nicht, ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass mindestens die hälfte des albums metal-lastig wird,.. wie beim vorigen album halt auch

Und das(falls du den Pre-Fix For Death meinst) war unsagbar geil

Das Cover sieht im Gegensatz zu allen bisherigen P+L Covern nicht so gut aus finde ich :(

Grimm Real geht ja ein bißchen in die Richtung. Oder z.T. auch die alten Boo Yaa Tribe Sachen.
