We regretfully inform you that it has been brought to our attention some of our CDs may or may not play in some CD players. Our CDs regarding Big Hutch's "Only God Can Judge Me" was manufactured using "M4a" files and not "AIFF" Audio files thus making the CD playable on computers but not actually in CD players. Big Shot Music Group and West World Records takes full responsibility regarding this mishap and to no fault to the manufacturer.

Retailers:

To solve this problem quickly, we can do a drop shipment to your store with full packaged brand new CDs and jewel casings sent the with the same shipping cost you paid for or we can resend the actual correct version CDs and you can discard the CDs in the jewel case that have been already sent. If you are a retailer that ordered "Only God Can Judge Me," please email us at contact@bigshotmusic.net with specific directions on how you wish us to ship your new and corrected CDs.

Fans:

We will be sending you the new and corrected CDs of "Only God Can Judge Me," with the same shipping methods that you have paid for, without the jewel case, that you will be eventually receiving. When you receive our new and corrected CD version, simply discard the CD that was first sent. Any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at contact@bigshotmusic.net.
