Dogg Pound Records – "Idolized" Downloads

DPG Records with its new group DP Next Generation expands the brand and reaches beyond the West Coast, as the Idolized mixtape is now available for FREE download on www.dpgrecordz.com and http://www.datpiff.com, which hails itself as the #1 mixtape site on the web.
Vice President of Dogg Pound Records, Bigg A said, "The group concept and release of this album calls for futuristic thinking and marketing; by having each group member positioned in different parts of the United States this puts DPNG in an incubation stage and within time the brand will continue to expand throughout Atlanta, Oklahoma, the Bay Area, Las Vegas and the DMV."

Nitti produced the lead tracks on the album such as the latest radio single, Tapp Out. Nitti is the producer with massive hit singles like "It's Goin' Down" by Young Joc as well as tracks for Bow Wow, Juvenile, T.I., and 8 Ball...

The DP next generation members (Meko aka Mr. Murder, Dangerous Rob , Montana , 45, J-Tripz, and Chaotic) all have stories to tell. They are all from different parts of the USA like Atlanta , Tulsa , the Bay Area, Las Vegas , and the DMV area. Each member has different tales from the hood, but they have all experienced the same grind of the music industry, the same hustle to get their music played, and the same love from their independent fan bases.

With songs like "Tapp Out" on the radio and "Gangsta Rap Will Never Die" being circulated in record pools, the album is bound to be a solid, well-produced project which will set the tone for their future releases. The diverse lyrical styles of the DP Next Gen ensemble will graciously put the gutter in your ear.

The General of the group, Dangerous Rob, optimistically said, "We are all excited about the expansion of the brand into multiple markets and [we] look forward to taking over the hip hop world – one fan at a time."

Togetherness. United. All for one and one for all. Dogg Pound Next Generation. [End Press Release]

Go buy Snoop Dogg's album, Ego Trippin', in stores now. Daz Dillinger's album, Only on the Leftside, is COMING SOON. Check out the West Fest tour in a city near you featuring Snoop Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound, Mistah Fab, Warzone, and Westurn Union

Dubcnn would like to introduce a new artist out of Los Angeles, by the name of Wes. We have a new exclusive track "Strange" by Wes featuring Daz and Kurupt, and is produced by Nappy Digital. Fans may know of Emmanuel Dean (Nappy Digital) for his production work on "Gin and Juice" from Snoop's Doggystyle debut. Look out for Wes' album coming soon.

Viel Soft-Kitsch hab ich jetzt nicht ausgemacht, aber auch nicht so viele überzeugende Songs...4-5 gute Tracks hat das Album aber auf alle Fälle.

Exclusive Video Interview & Concert Footage Of DPG!! - October 23, 2008 By : Yash

Not too long ago we posted exclusive live and backstage footage from Snoop Dogg and the Dogg Pound taken from our Dubcnn vaults [http://www.dubcnn.com/media/gallery/snoopdpgineurope/]. Back then we mentioned that Dubcnn linked up with the crew again for new footage and interviews, as we were invited to this year's European tour to cover two of their events.

Today we have exclusive interviews, show footage and pictures from the concert in Denmark and Croatia with Snoop Dogg & Tha Dogg Pound and
J-Ro of Tha Alkaholiks, who took us on stage to film his performance before we caught up with Kurupt and Daz for a short video interview.

Kurupt talked about his collabo project with DJ Quik called "Black Out" and Daz spoke on his upcoming movie and of course the next DPG album which will have guest appearances from Krayzie Bone, Turf Talk amongst others.

The release of Daz Dillinger and Kurupt's new Dogg Pound album "100 Wayz" is approaching, and after they blasted out their street banger "Attitude Problem" with Cassidy and Swizz Beatz a few weeks ago, dubcnn has just received a brand new heater.

The DPG reached out to the Bay Area's own Turf Talk for the track, which is called "Ya'll Know What I'm Doin'". The thumping, straight West Coast production comes courtesy of Daz himself. A video to the song is set to be filmed up in the Bay within the next couple of weeks.

Check out "Ya'll Know What I'm Doin'" below, we also have the clean version for all the DJ's:

Tha Dogg Pound - Ya'll Know What I'm Doin' (ft. Turf Talk) (Dirty & Clean)

Look out for "100 Wayz" coming in January 2009 through DPG Recordz/Fontana. The whole 21 tracks on the album are produced by Daz Dillinger himself. We urge you to call up your local radio station to request the new single.

We got a brand new exclusive joint for ya'll off Daz Dillinger and Kurupt's anticipated upcoming Dogg Pound project "100 Wayz". The album is set for a first quarter '09 release and with this new leak it looks like the release is getting closer.

Inspired by the "Notorious" movie about the Notorious B.I.G.'s life, Daz and Kurupt went into the booth and recorded a dedication to Biggie, sampling his voice in the hook of the song. The track is called "On And On", make sure to check it out below:

Der Schwarzweiß-Part mit Snoop sieht aus wie der Anfang eines Low Budget Gay-Porns, besonders Kurupt mit verstellt hoher Stimme.

Der Track geht ansich OK, nur den Beoncy-Imitatoren hätten sie weglassen können.

Ein Video für "They Don't Want It" wäre klüger gewesen.

Daz Dillinger and Kurupt are back as Tha Dogg Pound with another one of their infamous "G-mixxes". A few weeks ago, we dropped a remix they did to Maroon 5's "Harder 2 Breathe", which was weill received. Today we're back with an exclusive g-mixx of Bobby Valentino"s smash hit "Beep Beep".

Bobby Valentino - Beep Beep (ft. Tha Dogg Pound) (G-Mixx)
