Lamont Dorrell, better known as Ayatollah is a Hip Hop producer from Queens, New York. He has made beats for R.A. The Rugged Man, Tragedy Khadafi, Wordsworth, Vast Aire, Afu-Ra and many others. R.A. The Rugged Man had said in an interview that he was the first person to ever buy a beat from Ayatollah.
He has also worked with up and coming rapper/producer from Inglewood, California named Three-1-Zero, whom he's made classic records with. In January 2006 he released his second instrumental album entitled "Now Playing", a follow up of his first album personal legends. He received recognition after producing the soulful hip-hop hit Ms Fat Booty for rapper Mos Def. Since then many hip-hop artists are demanding his chipmunk soul style of beatmaking.

Bin schon sehr gespannt darauf, ist wieder eine Instrumental-Platte bestückt mit 11 Ayatollah-Beats!
Erste gleichnamige Single klingt wie ich finde schonmal mehr als vielversprechend!! (siehe Video)
Den Vorgänger "Now Playing", anfang dieses Jahres erschienen, fand ich auch schon sehr cool.
