Carlos "South Park Mexican" Coy was sentenced to 45 years in prison after a jury convicted him of sexually assaulting a 9 year old girl. Coy, who took the stand in his own defense despite objections from his attorney, displayed no emotion when the judge read the sentence. Coy was also ordered to pay a $10,000 fine.

Defense attorney Chip Lewis maintained that Coy was innocent and that his trial was based entirely on hearsay. Coy testified that eight women who claimed they had sex with him while still underage were lying to the jury about their claims. "Mr. Coy I have spent 17 years in this courthouse, and in that time I have seen more sex offenders than I wish to remember," Judge Mark Kent Eliis. "But one thing that I have found over time is that sex offenders have one trait in common, and that is that they all are liars -- and you are no exception to that rule."

The judge dismissed Coy's notion that he was also a victim in the case, because of his celebrity as a wealthy rapper. "The fact is that there is only one victim in this case, and it is a 9-year-old girl," Ellis said. "Now that is reality, and you need to deal with it. It's time for you to face the music," he said.

Prosecutors were seeking a life sentence against Coy. It was not clear at presstime whether Coy plans to appeal the sentence.

Wurde der net schon vor Ewigkeiten zu dieser Strafe verurteilt oder wurde der Fall neu aufgerollt und er hat wieder die Strafe bekommen? :confused:

Is auf jeden Fall kacke...

lol, ruf mal an und frag was sache ist...mit wie viel die gebustet wurden usw. hehe, der typ am andern ende wird erstmal geil nervös weil die phones abgehört werden und er nix sagen kann. haha...

Für alle die ma reinhören wollen: Ich habe den Sampler zu SPM's neuem Album zuhause rumfliegen. Ist auch ein Track Screwed & Chopped by 5000 Watts mit drauf, der den Remix machen wird. Einfach bei mir melden. :)

kranke sache, was muss das für ne schlampe sein
und auch zu psycho das man dann nix machen kann sondern einfach gefickt is, ich mein der typ is doch sicher verzweifelt wie man sich gar nich vorstellen kann

der typ war nämlich immer en styler: i got enough caine for a snowball fight :love2: so hab ich ihn kennengelernt den alten freak

ich hoffe mal er kann mit seim rap money wenigstens im knast halbwegs anständig leben, is zu krass wenn der unschuldig sitzt wegen ner hoe :thumbdown:
