hätte zwar auch Bock mir das zukaufen weil die Doom Beats meist sehr geil sind, aber irgendwie ist das auch wieder so ein Spass Verderber für die zukünftigen Dinger. Naja aber besser das als das Dingen mit Ghsotface.

Dann fang mal an 40 bis 50 € zusammenzukratzen und kauf dir zuerst das Operation Doomsday Album von MF Doom, ist ein guter Einstieg...

Kauf Dir lieber 'Madvillainy'. Das gibt es auch für einen normalen Preis.

Zurzeit gibt es 'Doomsday' wieder auf eBay. Aber nur noch paar Stunden:

Über die Re-Issue wir ja schon seit mehr als 2 Jahren spekuliert, glaube nicht daran dass das so schnell was wird, auch wenn derzeit die große Re-Issue Welle im Gang ist.

Und ich würde Operation Doomsday Madvillainy vorziehen weil es einfach charakteristischer für MF Doom ist, aber der Preis ist natürlich ein Kriterium was für das Madvillainy Album spricht.

ich hab die limited edition aber cd als 12" ist die sogar noch geiler mit transparentpapier total aufwendig

Ich hoffe, dass es mal soweit ist. Ich will die auch original haben. Ist zwar dann nicht so viel Wert als wenn sie vor paar Jahren veröffentlicht worden wöre, aber ich habe keine Lust 50 € für 'ne CD auszugeben. Selbst wenn sie es wert wäre.


Ja, damit hast Du Recht. Obwohl ich 'Madvillainy' besser als 'Operation: Doomsday' finde.


Wieviel hast Du davon schon?

Aber ist ja echt heftig viel... Doom realeset ja in einem Jahr fast schon so viel, wie manche in einer Karriere.

Ich hab irgendwo sogar mal gelesen, dass Doom meinte, dass er sogar noch mehr machen wird/muss.

Sammle ja nur die Sachen auf CD, und da fehlt mir das ein oder andere Album mit Gastauftritten von Ihm und die ein oder andere Promo-CD. Und von einigen Alben (z.B. Operation Doomsday, Black Bastards und vor allem die Special Herbs-Reihe) gibt es ja Versionen auf verschiedenen Labels, habe da auch immer nur eine von. Ist aber im Ergebnis schon echt ein wenig viel was er da macht, wobei man ja auch sagen muss dass er Phasen hatte wo praktisch gar nichts von Ihm kam, vor allem Mitte der Neunziger. Aber trotz seiner Release-Wut bewegt sich ein Großteil seiner Veröffentlichungen immer noch auf einem recht hohen Niveau und ein paar neue Ideen wirft er immer noch mit ein, von daher kann man Ihm eigentlich nicht viel vorwerfen...
