Somewhere Outside Consciousness is a two man crew from Chicago, originally formed in 1996 with several other MC's. Currently, Sylph and Illicit are the only remaining two left. Upon finding themselves incredibly bored, and with way too much free time on their hands, these two have molded together and formed what can only be described as an "over worded and pretenscious" group. Currently we're getting ready to release the follow up to Liquid Paper, entitled Soft. This one should actually be worth listening to, as it will be manufactured professionally and have superior sound quality.
