I'm in the storm celler waiting for the Hyphy Movement to pass. In Y2K/2K1, I chose to focus less on music. Fortunately, I've been doing Graphic Design since 1995, and Bay Area Clothing since 1998(http://www.travlyrics.com). Our 41510 Brand Apparel is the only Bay Area Clothing brand established in the Golden Era "By Hip-Hop For Hip-Hop". Really, I'm just rebuilding my position in the music business, meeting the international G-funk Collectors, Fans, Radio, and Stores to see who's interested in OG Bay Area Artists, CDs, Re-issue CDs with OG Bonuses, and possible collabs. I'm not an Ebay fan, but on Ebay I see many albums of my homies and clients from 1995 to 1999. Also, albums of BA rappers and producers who recorded at our studio 'Poorman Studios' and inside K-Lou studios. I've been digging around Richmond and Vallejo for original CDs and Masters. So far, we have some good stuff; like my CD and all the lost Extra Records CDs. I'm like "why bid? We got em right here". My new position is something like a Manufacturer with Bonified OG product/Auctioneer with no bidding. After researching my OG 5.0 REASONS, we released the 5.0 REASONS 10th Anniversary album. Why not? Its good music. Collectors are cool with it and everybody appreciates the real effort to make it more than a simple re-release. I'll stop here. I don't want to bore you. |

I'm in the storm celler waiting for the Hyphy Movement to pass. haha...cool you said that. we hate that hyphysound too. unfortunately it seems to be pretty popular in the states that´s why 90% of the music comin out the bayarea these days is pure trash to me. i prefer that great mobbsound from the good old days. producers like k-lou, sean t + g - man stan, mike mosley, sam bostic, studio ton etc. by the way... do you know of any other extra records releases besides these albums i own: o.z. - o.z. o.z. - o - zone pimp p mack - total package extra records catalog please lemme know |

The 4 CDs make a complete set. We have multiple sets instock (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEnc-9qobTk) for anyone looking to cop them all at one time. We call it "The Extra Records Limited Dope Sack" $100 + shipping. We are searching for the T.I.C's completed tracks (1998-1999) for a possible release, but no luck so far. Also, I don't hate The Hyphy Movement. The Hyphy Movement hates me. It has been bad for all my business divisions. I love Bay Area Rap like a fat kid loves cake, but I've always endorsed awareness, growth, quality, hard work, respect, and delivering your best. Hyphy opposes everything my OGs taught me. I DO HATE the fact that after ten years of absolutely no media attention, MTV, BET and most of the world chose to highlight more problems (i.e. Stupid, Dumb, The Yellow Bus) without offering any solutions. . Bay Area Rap is still very diverse. Hyphy does not show the balanced picture to the world. In 1999, we were advancing our positions by sharpening our rapping and business skills. Ultimately, our most popular artists dumbed it downed enough for anybody to jump on the ride. Now everybody (and their mother) is a Rapper/Producer/Label/Graphic Artist/Clothing Designer/Promoter/Etc. So, Yes Sir, I'm in the storm celler waiting for the bleeding to stop. |

Could you give us some names/titles? Besides the 5.0 REASONS 10th Anniversary Album and the Extra Records Projects, I continue to network with my homies in Richmond and Vallejo to find lost 1st press CDs of Classic Bay Area Gangsta and G-Funk. We may reissue "Erase-E's - Strictly 4 the Gz" with golden era bonus tracks and artwork. Also, I've formed a team including: Myself, Erase-E (rapper), Rinnessy (Rapper/Producer), Griffinstein (Rapper/Producer), Crazy of Prophets of Rage and Mafiosos (Rapper), and Big Park (Producer). My goal is to organize collabs with international artists looking to trade fans. Also, I may be involved with the New "K-Lou Television". We will see. That is all for now regarding music. |

Like, I do prefer they have some fanbase and be willing to trade beats/rhymes for more visibility. Do you have any suggestions? Germany, France, Russia, Japan? |
