Scapegoat combines Roc C's affinity for major label sound with an independent spirit and vision. Long known as one of indie hip-hop's hardest working emcees (both in the studio and out), Roc C. continues to develop and grow as an all-around artist with each release. Through his collaborations Madlib and Oh No, placements on video games soundtracks, and constant touring, Roc stays in front of his audience and keeps himself relevant both in sound and subject matter. Featuring production by DJ Khalil, Mr. Porter, Evidence, Oh No, The Alchemist, DJ Romes, Imakemadbeats, and more with guest appearances by Fredro Starr (of Onyx), Illa J, Aloe Blacc, Charlie 2na, Glasses Malone, Georgia Ann Muldrow, Hezekiah, KRS-1, and Bishop Lamont.

Roc 'C' ist ein Rapper aus Kalifornien, um genau zu sein aus Oxnard. Ist bei Stones Throw Records und hat meiner Meinung nach mit seinem ersten Album ne ziemlich coole Scheibe rausgebracht. Sein Album All Questions Answered ist am 27. Juni in diesem Jahr rausgekommen und vorher hat er bereits drei Singles rausgebracht. Die erste war auf Oh No's Move Pt. 2 im Jahr 2004. Hier die Discographie: 2004: Oh No - Move Part 2 12" (feat. Roc 'C') 2005: Roc C - Unborn/Dont Stop 12" 2005: Roc C - Ox Shit 12" und 2006 halt das Album: Was haltet ihr von ihm und seinem Album?
