The Westurn Union is shaping up to become the most promising new group from the West Coast. Consisting of Long Beach's own Soopafly, Inglewood's Damani and the Watts Riot Bad Lucc, the trio is ready to present the world their first project, "House Shoe Musik Vol. 1". The mixtape/street album will be dropping early April and features 12 refreshing tracks from the Westurn Union.

"House Shoe Musik Vol. 1" was arranged, mixed and hosted by DJ Crazy Toones, and those of you who heard the "CT Experience" mixtape know what that means - creative mixing and scratching, no tags.

Since Big Snoop Dogg formed the group two years ago, fans have been eager to hear a whole project from the Westurn Union, and it's finally coming! "House Shoe Musik Vol. 1" was entirely produced by Soopafly, except for one track done by Warren "Baby Dubb" Campbell.

We have the first single off the mixtape available right here for ya'll, it's called "All Night", samples Michael Jackson, features BJ on the hook and is one of the more up-tempo tracks off the mixtape. Get it below:

Be on the lookout for more music from the mixtape before it drops, it should be going on sale early April right here on dubcnn. Damani, Soopafly and Bad Lucc really demonstrate their chemistry on this one over thumping Soopafly production, and the whole thing is perfectly orchestrated by DJ Crazy Toones on the 1's and 2's, making "House Shoe Musik Vol. 1" a listening experience you won't want to miss! "All Night" is soooo mega. Das Mixtape wird garantiert bombig. Und dann auch noch von Crazy Toones gehostet, wenn ich da nur an "CT Experience" denke, wie geil das schon war. Nach dem Track und "Cali Grown" bin ich da auf jeden Fall gespannt.

The release of Soopafly, Bad Lucc and Damani's mixtape "House Shoe Musik Vol. 1" is getting closer by the day, and in preparation of the release the group has allowed dubcnn to exclusively premier another track off the project, after we brought you the single "All Night" last week.

This one is called "Ain't Gonna Happen" and is one of my personal favorites on the CD. All three MC's spit bars over the banging Soopafly production, but Bad Lucc once again absolutely murders the track, Lucc has been on fire lately, I think a lot of people aren't ready for the Watts Riot!

Last month, Damani, Soopafly and Bad Lucc, known together at the Westurn Union, dropped their debut mixtape "House Shoe Musik Vol. 1", which was arranged, mixed and hosted by DJ Crazy Toones. The mixtape was originally for sale ($7) and hard copies were sent out to those who ordered it.

Now the Dub Union has decided to give the mixtape away for free for those of you who didn't get the chance to hear the mixtape. The tape features 12 banging tracks, all produced by Soopafly except one that was produced by Warren "Baby Dubb" Campbell.

Westurn Union Drop Official First Single Off The Album! - June 2, 2008 By : Nima

After giving the world an introduction to their music on the mixtape "House Shoe Musik Vol. 1" with DJ Crazy Toones, Bad Lucc, Damani and Soopafly, better known as the group Westurn Union, are ready to finally unleash the first single off their upcoming album "Westurn Union".

Those of you who downloaded "House Shoe Musik" already know what the trio from Watts, Inglewood and Long Beach is capable of, but they're turning it up another notch for the album! We've got the Dirty and Clean versions of the song right here for ya'll to check out.

The track is also self titled, "Westurn Union", and features Daz Dillinger and BJ The Chicago Kid, who you already heard doing his thing on "All Night". Of course, the track is produced by Soopafly himself. Check it out below:

The video to the song is being filmed today, so look out for that on dubcnn as soon as it's ready! The official "Westurn Union" album is set to drop in August through Doggystyle/Koch Records.

Snoop Dogg Presents Newest West Coast Recruits

Snoop Dogg is set to introduce his latest proteges Dubb Union, it was announced today; the group is set to release their debut album, Snoop Dogg Presents Dubb Union, September 2 via Doggystyle Records/Koch Records. The trio is comprised of veteran Soopafly, Damani and Bad Lucc. Their LP is scheduled to feature appearances by Tha Doggfather, Kurupt, and Daz...


“Dubb Union has accomplished what few can d–create an incredible album that you’re gonna want to bang from top to bottom,” Snoop said in a statement. “Damani, Bad Lucc, and Soopafly have crazy chemistry! And they represent that West Coast unity that I’ve been pushing hard. Westurn Union, now known as Dubb Union will be releasing their debut album on Doggy Style / Koch Records on September 2, 2008. Production on the album includes Teddy Riley, Hi-Tek, THX, Warryn "Baby Dubb" Campbell, J-Doe, and Nominz, with the majority of it being handled by Soopafly himself.
