I. MF GRIMM launches AMERICAN HUNGER.com

MF Grimm has just launched American Hunger.com. Not just the title of
his
upcoming (triple) album of original material, the web component of
American
Hunger serves as a platform for real life. Armed with a group of
professional
writers such as Brolin Winning (XLR8R, Elemental), Miranda Jane (The
Source,
Complexx) and Peter Agoston (Urb, XLR8R) American Hunger is a
editorial-free
playground where writers can write about anything they wish. As a
writer
Agoston says that American Hunger.com is "a refreshingly bold take of
stateside
society, from a wholly unique hip-hop perspective." Nate Denver's (Vibe
Magazine) conversation with Dick Clark about hip hop (yes THAT Dick
Clark)!
Nicole Randelman (celebrity make-up artist; Mariah Carey, Julia
Roberts, Missy
Elliot, etc) review of Sak's make-up dept, an interview with hip-hop
artist
Serengeti and restauraunt reviews from MF Grimm is just a sampling of
topics
that you won't find anywhere else.

MF Grimm AKA Percy Carey contributes heavily to the site with the same
unorthodox worldview as in his rhymes. The introduction to the site
relays MF
Grimm's view of the world including criticisms not only of major labels
but mom
& pop stores that are just as shifty with indie artists, emcees who
only focus
on materialism and other ills. He then flips the script by stating
"Please
understand I'm not interested in stopping people from getting money,
and
there's nothing wrong with you obtaining the finer things in life and
(I want
them too) we will display the latest in technology, fashion,
entertainment and
beauty, but it's about having an equal balance such as financial
articles,
health, pets, and you guessed it, articles on life."

True to his word, there is an article about MF Grimm's life, exposing
heretofore
unknown facts such as the infamous emcee who came from the streets
stint on
quite another street. Namely as an actor for four years on Sesame
Street (the
article has a photo of young MF Grimm with Bob from the show). The
article also
relates incidents from his rich life such as battling DMX at a Def Jam
office
party to recording the day after he got of the hospital with two
collapsed
lungs and a gunshot wound to the throat to record "Crumbsnatchers" (on
the
recently released Scars & Memories album). There is also spotlights on
other
industry folks you wouldn't normally find in print such as profiles on
Gary
"Big Face" Ben-Aime who ran Roc-A-Fella records with Damon Dash and
Zach Katz,
manager of Rakim and DJ Hi-Tek.

There are also plenty of artist profiles, interviews, a comics section
and a
massive review section spilt including food, books, music, film and
sports.
Grimm who's triple album of the same name drops on September 20th,
promises the
site will include a forum for his political and social commentary as
well as a
direct conduit for fans to not only to learn of his views but a
worldview into
alternate thinking.

II. BABYGRANDE RECORDS FORMS JOINT VENTURE WITH DREDDY KRUGER & THINK
DIFFERENTLY MUSIC GROUP !!!!!!!!!!!!

Babygrande Records is pleased to announce it has formed a joint venture
with
long time Wu-Tang Affiliate Dreddy Kruger’s Think Differently Music
Group.

Three projects are planned for immediate release. The first which will
be in
stores October 18, “Think Differently Music: Wu-Tang Meets the Indie
Culture”
is an unprecedented pairing of Wu-Tang artists, producers and
affiliates with
some of independent hip-hop’s east and west coast elite. RZA, MF Doom,
GZA,
Rass Kass, Aesop Rock, Masta Killa, Del the Funky Homosapien, Sean
Price, J
Live, Tragedy Khadafi, C Rayz Walz, RA the Rugged Man, Littles,
Cannibal Ox,
Sunz of Man, Royal Fam and many more artists, producers and even award
winning
filmmaker Jim Jarmusch have come together for what will be a historic
moment in
hip-hop.

The first single, “Biochemical Equation” featuring The RZA and MF Doom
Produced by: RZA
will premiere on ITUNES next month.

The next two projects will be (i) a solo album from Wu-Tang affiliate
producer
Bronze Nazareth who recently produced tracks for RZA, GZA, Masta Killa,
Immortal Technique and Black Market Militia and (ii) a solo album from
long
time Wu-Tang affiliate LA the Darkman/Embassy Entertainment.

“I learned how to make albums…the whole process of putting a record
together
directly from The RZA and Schott Free (Loud Records). It feels good to
finally
have my own situation to bring my conceptual thinking to hip-hop and I
look
forward to working with Babygrande to
make it happen,” says Kruger.

Think Differently Music’s CEO and Founder Dreddy Kruger began his
career as an
artist signed to RZA’s label Wu-Tang Records. Recently he A&R’d the
debut
albums for Masta Killa and Black Market Militia which led to the
formation of
Think Differently Music Group and the A&Ring of its first release,
“Think
Differently: Wu-Tang Meets the Indie Culture.”

Babygrande Records, is an independent record label based in New York
City whose
artists currently includes....Gza's (Liquid Swords Ent.), Dipset’s
Purple City,
Immortal Technique, Jedi Mind Tricks, Gza (liquid Swords Ent.) Jean

All the running around I’ve done for other artists this past winter and
spring
actually paid off with a small blessing for me. A compilation I put
together
with Billy Woods (a mastermind from Backwoodz Studioz) and producer 007
back in
December 2004, jumped from CD Baby and Day By Day online to actually
land in
Tower Records ONLINE!!!!! IT HAS SOME GREAT GUESTSPOTS ON IT!!!

Soundclash #1 is the first in a line of releases featuring underground
hip-hop's
finest going head-to-head. MeccaGodZilla is the beatmaking anchor for
the Monsta
Island Czars collective. Along with his partner-in-crime RAVAGE,
MeccaGodZilla
is a formidable opponent, wielding a library of breaks in one claw, an
arsenal
of electronic sounds in the other and spewing fire out of his mouth. He
has
laid down tracks for underground classic's like Rodan's "Human
Inquisition" but
this is the first glimpse at his true power. James Bond needs no
