Mir gefallen nicht alle Beats auf Anhieb aber vermutlich ist es wieder ein Album das erst durch mehrmaliges Anhören wächst, so wie beim Ersten. Ich finds auch schade dass er nicht mehr in dem Style der Mittneunziger rappt, sowohl von den Lyrics als auch vom Flow her, aber das war nach der Entwicklung eh abzusehen. Ist aber auf jeden Fall ein Album das mir gefallen wird. Track no 2 find ich sehr cool und noch ein paar andere. Rodan's ist aber im Vergleich noch ein paar Ecken besser wie ich finde. X-Ray hätte das Jet Jaguar Album ganz produzieren sollen ist ja schließlich ein Monster Island Projekt. |

Announcement from GM Grimm: "I've been hearing some feedback on the production of certain tracks. First of all I want to thank all the producers that were involved with the project. However, I wanted everybody to know that the producer ZERO-POINT is actually me. The reason why I chose to use my own tracks is because during my incarceration, I bought a drum machine to occupy my time. The drum machine had to be under $200, the Zoom 123 was the only drum machine available under that price. DJ Fisher sent it to me (thanks DJ!). All Zero-Point beats were made using that drum machine. They sound minimal and different because the Zoom 123 only allowed me to create basslines, and drum loops, that's all. When I got out, Looie II helped me fine tune the beats I had created, but we did not alter them, as I wanted them to include their natural essence: prison. I think about the people who are never coming home when I hear them. Those beats go hand in hand with the lyrics that were written to them. I am proud to be out of prison and enable you to hear a piece of my experience without being inside. Thank you all for supporting the album and for all feedback. I truly appreciate it." |

Wie ist d as Album denn so? Hab den Track Dancin´ gehört und der gefällt mir richtig gut. Allgemein gefallen mir die Monsta Island Czar Sachen, hab aber leider noch keine Alben.

Also ich denke nicht dass es dir gefallen wird. Mit dem MIC Sound hat es eigentlich bis auf den X-Ray Track "The Way" (sehr gut) wenig zu tun... die J-Zone Tracks sind noch mit die besten, "Stable" und ein zwei andere sind auch noch gut... aber allgemein gesehen gefällts mir nicht so. Hat sein Rapstil auf vielen Tracks verändert, rappt teilweise sehr langsam, manchmal singt er auch schon fast, dazu oft auch noch so R'n'B Einflüsse und die gesprochenen Interludes von Monte Smith nerven auch. Durchschnittliches Album, geht oft schon ins Abstrakte. |
