ich kenne mich mit Canibus nich sonderlich aus, kenne nur Rip The Jacker, aber das neue alte Cormega Album hat mir die Lust auf neues Material genommen, vielleicht ist das bei dem ein oder anderen hier auch so.

The New Album tentatively titled "Hip Hop 4 Sale" in stores November 22 will be released on Mic Club Music in partnership with Babygrande/Koch.
The album's production is headed up by Virginia Producer Nottz and various other producers. Check for ads in XXL and Source in the coming months. Canibus is also releasing a DVD with rapper Phoenix Orion titled "Def Con Zero" on Head Trauma Records / Warner Brothers in stores October 25, 2005. The DVD will have music with apperances from Kool G. Rap, K-Solo, Free, Killer FSH, and Top Prospect. The DVD will be released in partnership with Mic Club Music. jo, sonst fand ich ihn eigentlich immer ohne irgendwelche Einschränkungen gut, aber mit Testament hat sich für mich zwischen The Realness und True Meaning ein ziemlich schlechtes Album gemischt.

Below we have listed the most important news items that were mentioned during this interview...

* The "Hip Hop 4 Sale" album release on Nov. 22 will mainly consist of old Canibus material. Most of the tracks that were leaked on "The Vitruvian Man" mixtape will be on that. For the fans, most of the tracks on that album will be known. It will still be a positive release for Bis due to the quality on the album ofcourse.

* Spring 2006, a new solo album by Canibus will be released called "Ceaser Germanicus". This new album will also be released on the Head Trauma Records label. Phoenix Orion (PXO) will have a solo release on HTR in the future too.

* As mentioned before on CC, not every store got the Cloak 'N Dagga "Def Con Zero" CD/DVD yet. You can listen and buy the CD on iTunes (www.itunes.com) since last tuesday but you will have to wait for the actual disc to arrive in your area. Probably in the beginning of next week every store will sell the CD/DVD. Be patient, and wait for that.

* Someone asked if the rumors were true about Canibus having cancer. Canibus responded that he will answer that and questions regarding that issue very soon.

* One day there will be a "Rip The Jacker vol. 2" release. Maybe that will be the "Ceaser Germanicus" solo album, released next year Spring.

* Canibus, PXO and the HTR crew are currently working on a second Cloak 'N Dagga album.

* The "Mind Control" album release was because of an old agreement Canibus made with Ricky Lee / Gladiator Records. The tracks on the album were selected in 2001 before Canibus joined the US army. The deal was, IF Bis would die during his army period, Gladiator could make a huge profit of that deal. Nothing bad happened to Canibus during his ary time but Gladiator Records still decided to release the album.

* Head Trauma Records got alot more plans in the future. Alot of releases, new artists to introduce.. stay on the look out, keep checking www.headtraumarecords.com and/or CC for that.

* Cloak 'N Dagga will do performances, tours etc. in the upcoming months. Events like radio exclusives and shows to promote the Cloak 'N Dagga album too. On Dec. 3rd there will be a K-1 championship in Amsterdam, Holland. Black Kobra (CEO of HTR) will fight there. Check out www.blackkobra.com for that!

* Canibus, Phoenix Orion and the whole HTR team are watching the forum since day one when Vipeness started to post the exclusives. They just been observing the forums, looking for opinions and reactions- positive or negative. They also have alot of plans for the fansites - they want to do alot more contests in the future and overall they really want to involve the fans more into their moves (what other artist does that for the fans huh?! some positive shit people). So be on the look out for that, alot more exclusives to come here at canibus-central.com


cloak and dagga album ist bestimmt tight, zumindest die beiden lieder wo ich kenne. hip hop for sale kann was taugen, aber freue mich auf ceasar germanicus/rip the jacker 2. wenn es nur annähernd so gut wird wie die erste jacker cd ist sie bombe.

mit rip the jacker biste du dann im gegensatz zu dem anderen, besser bedient, aber ansonsten noch blos finger von "C:True Hollywood Stories"

Ich bin von "Cloak & Dagge - Defcon Zero" irgendwie enttäuscht. Hab mir mehr vorgestellt. Paar Tracks sind schon gut, aber insgesamt ist es doch eher langweilig. Canibus ist auch nicht wirklich aggressiv. Wirkt auf mich auch etwas gelangweilt.
