UKBestKept: Are you on the new CNN album coming out?

Tragedy: Actually I was but I wanted my song taken off. I had my song pulled from the album.

UKBestKept: Any reasons for that?

Tragedy: Cause I thought the album was wack.

UKBestKept: Have they taken it out though?

Tragedy: Yeah.

UKBestKept: I know you and Dame [Damon Dash]have talked about doing a movie on you and the whole CNN era, what’s the latest with that project…."Love is Love"

Tragedy: Well I mean basically CNN have some internal issues that I’m not gonna discuss if they chose to then cool, but they’re both great artist, good dudes in their own right. When it comes out some people may love it but it’s not CNN to me, it’s not CNN to Khadafi, Tragedy was before CNN but Khadafi came with CNN, you feel me?

UKBestKept: Yeah.

Tragedy: So it’s like when I link up with brothers, I’m not gonna do something and make it sound like what everybody is putting out today. And if we do a CNN project I want Khadafi, I want Capone, we do a CNN project I want Noreaga and not Nore cause Nore is different from Noreaga and if Noreaga can’t come to the table then Khadafi isn’t coming to the table.

UKBestKept: So the movie’s not gonna happen anymore?

Tragedy: You never know cause years ago you might not have seen us in the studio together let alone talking. So we can’t say that but right now in my career and in my life it’s about Tradegy Khadafi, it’s about 25 To Life, it’s about telling my story and it’s about living out my dreams right now. A lot of people live out their dreams, I gotta live out my dreams right now. I’m getting more matured in my life and there’s things I want in my life, things I want to achieve outside of music, so it’s about taking care of what I started, not finishing what I started cause I’ll never finish music cause it’s a part of my soul, my essence. It’s about keeping it going, keeping that journey going and just growing with it, so right now it’s about Khadafi, it’s about Percy Coles.
