Flossy, CEO of Rawway Inc. is dropping his first release, a compilation entitled "It'z Tha Business." Features include, Head Up (J. Money & McGruff), Techniec, Bo-Roc, RBX, Bad Azz, E.White, Quic Ta Mac, Hobo and much more to come. This will be distributed through Gangsta Advisory and set to drop around or before the summer.

It has been told by a reliable source that Jay Z will leave the Roc-A-Fella family and start a new label under the Warner Brothers music division.

Apparently Jay Z and Roc-A-Fella Co-CEO Dame Dash have had a falling out, and only communicate through their lawyers.

What is even more interesting for fans is that the new deal would see Jay Z, who said he would retire after The Black Album, release at least one more album under his real name, Sean Carter.

R&B Legend Teena "Lady Tee" Marie is preparing to release her Cash Money Records debut, La Doña.

The album is being released under Cash Money's new imprint, Cash Money Classics. Mannie Fresh and Tina Marie handled the production chores for the first single, "Still In Love."

The album also contains a reunion with soul legend Rick James on the cut, "I Got You." Medusa and MC Lyte also make appearances on the album.

Marie has released countless soul classics over the course of her career. Marie's 1981 song "Square Biz" was a hit for rap group The Firm, whose members included Foxy Brown, Nas, AZ, and Nature.

Marie lays down an impressive verse on the original version as well.

Marie is doing light touring and fans in Detroit can catch her performing with Rick James at the Fox Theater on March 21.

La Doña is slated for an early summer release.

The wait is almost over as the amazing wordsmith from the Wu-Tang Clan, Masta Killa will be finally releasing his debut album. Ten years ago he could first be heard on the incredible song Da Mystery Off Chessboxin off the hip-hop classic Enter The Wu-Tang: 36 Chambers. Four group albums and a long list of solo albums by other group members later it’s finally time for the Masta to kill his audience by giving them his masterpiece ironically named No Said Date.

The first single has already dropped early 2003 entitled Digi Warfare with the song No Said Date on the B side. Produced by RZA and Choco, they’re not the only ones that have contributed their creative instrumentals to this album. Production will also come from other Wu-Tang related producers such as Mathematics, True Master and a couple of others.

From the slow moving Mathematics produced Love Spell to the fast paced RZA produced No Said Date, from the lovely song for the ladies Queen to the rugged Silverbacks with fellow clansmen GZA/Genius and Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa delivers a diverse album while still maintaining that old Wu-Tang sound people have loved so much over the years. Thirteen will be the number of tracks on this work of art as the thirteenth letter in the alphabet is the M from Masta Killa.

No Said Date features appearances by all the clan members a la their first classic solo albums such as Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, Ironman, Tical, etc. Other artists that will be on the album are Killah Priest, Streetlife, and Prodigal Sunn.

The next single, Queen with Silverbacks on the B-Side, will be in stores this month. The album, No Said Date will follow early May this year.

To reward those fans who have waited patiently for nearly 10 years, comes the launch of masta killa's official website MastaKilla.net. Here, you are invited to stay in tune with Masta's every calculated move as he drop jewels, his touring schedule, exclusive music, interviews and more. The mysterious 9th chamber has finally been revealed, completing the Wu-tang saga, and marking a new generation of shaolin style. Must be the work of a Masta.

B2K Signs Bizzy Bone

Pop boy band B2K has signed former Bone Thugs-n-Harmony Member Bizzy Bone to their new label, Super Fam Records.

"We got a whole lot of artists. We bringing Bizzy Bone back," said group member J-Boog.

He also revealed that singer Ray J was actually signed to their label as an artist not as a member of B2K.

Boog didn't reveal when a release by Bizzy would become reality, but other reports said the untitled CD wouldn't be out until 2005.

Raz B offered additional details on the hip-hop content of Super Fam Records.

"We got our first artist whose name is Sike. He use to be in a group that were the first artists on MJJ Records."

"We are about to change the game up," J-Boog concluded.

Just got word from the Black Bossalini Spice 1 himself that after lots of ups and downs and problems, it looks like his new album "The Ridah" is gonna get released. As we told ya'll before, alot of the songs had been fucked up, and Spice was pissed off, and the album couldn't come out the way it was. Well they've fixed all that now, Spice has a new deal on the table which looks promising, and he went back into the label, recorded some more songs, and it's ready!

Also VERY good news are: as of last week, they got the clearance for the original version of the "One Day At A Time" track with 2Pac! So that should be on there aswell. Spice 1 is currently in San Jose finishing off the album, and he already has a grip of material for a followup to this album, tentatively titled Dyin' 2 Ball.

In other news, Spice just got agressed by a drunk old lady on the street trying to offer him 40 bucks to give him head. More on this later. HAHAHA just kidding ya'll.. but believe me it was hilarious, I had the chance to be on the phone while it happened, they should've recorded that and used it as a skit on his album, LOL!

Butch Cassidy Looking For a New Record Deal!


I just got off the phone with Nate Dogg's cousin Butch Cassidy.
He told me he's off Universal because they didn't know how to promote him plus they wanted to make him a pop artist so he decided to keep it real and leave because he don't wanna change his style.

He has several offers on the table so don't worry.. his album will drop sometime this summer.
Dj Quik, Damizza and few other platinum producers handled the production on his album.

Common Signs With Roc-A-Fella!?!?

So here is the deal, yesterday on WGCI 107.5 FM they reported that Common has signed a deal with Roc-A-Fella/Interscope. Now for those of you who know your major label relationships, you would know that the Roc is under Def Jam’s umbrella, not Interscope’s.

So here is where things get more interesting. Like every successful artist these days, Kanye West has been given his own imprint (Very Good Music), and it is said to be a joint deal with Roc-A-Fella and Interscope. It looks like those Chicago boys are sticking together.

Xzibit Lands Show With MTV

Xzibit's new TV show "Pimp My Ride" will make its debut on MTV tonight (March 4).

The show, described as a cross between "Monster Garage," "Cribs" and "The Real World," takes "automotively challenged fans" and turns their vehicles into masterpieces.

"We got a car garage out here called West Coast Customs and what we do is I personally go and get a car from a kid," Xzibit told AllHipHop.com. "Its some Ed McMahon sh*t."

Xzibit said the show takes vehicles that are valued between $500 and $900 dollars, puts $20-30,000 dollars worth of work into the automobiles and transforms them into masterpieces.

"We give it back to the kid and its like Christmas on a cupcake for these motherf*ckers."

Xzibit said MTV picked up 10 episodes of "Pimp My Ride," which airs at 10:30 PM on MTV.
